• Best Price Promise is only available to customers who have booked with West End Theatre Breaks, within 14 days of making your booking.
• We will match any competitor price based on the same show, seat quality and hotel for your chosen date. When you are comparing prices we advise you to take the quality of your seats in to account (Stalls seats for example will cost significantly more than those in the Upper Circle)
• We need to be able to verify the price you have been quoted elsewhere, whether this be on a website or as an email quotation. As availability can change please take a screen grab.
• The price we are matching must be available to buy at that time, not a booking request. It will also take account of any additional charges competitors may add (including booking fees, postage and packing etc)
• The Best Price Promise does not apply to prices available using coupons or discount vouchers with competitor sites
• The Best Price Promise is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time.
