The Impossible Dream?Directed by Nikolai Foster, choreographed by Arlene Phillips, Flashdance the Musical tells the story of 18 year old steel welder Alex, a girl who dreams of attending the Shipley Dance Academy. With no formal training the odds are against her, but Alex has the passion to make the impossible come true. Based on the hit 1983 film, Flashdance the Musical includes classic songs such as ‘Flashdance… What a Feeling’ - a track which won the movie an Academy Award. |
Dancing Fans Spoilt for ChoiceBold choreography and spectacular dancing is always the sign of a top West End show. With Burn the Floor, Chicago and Dirty Dancing all currently booking, theatregoers may find themselves spoilt for choice this autumn. |
