Joining the Sisterhood

The show follows the fortunes of lounge singer and disco diva Deloris Van Cartier who witness a murder and is placed in protective custody in the one place the police are certain she won’t be found - a nun’s convent!

She soon finds herself clashing with the strict lifestyle until making her mark on the convent choir.

Sister Act features a brilliant score by Oscar winning composer Alan Menken, (Little Shop of Horrors, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin). Ian Lavender and talented American lead Patina Miller (pictured) star alongside Sheila Hancock.

Heavenly Fun

Sheila Hancock is a veteran star of television, radio and film. She has recent theatre credits for The Birthday Party at the Lyric Hammersmith and won an Olivier Award for her role as ‘Fraulein Schneider’ in Cabaret. She is one of the UK’s best loved actresses.

With an impressive cast and rousing 70s soundtrack, from Gospel to Disco flavour, Sister Act is heavenly fun.
