Hairspray

HAIRSPRAY, the smash hit musical comedy, has opened in Londons West End! With standing ovations every night and unanimous critical acclaim, the show has broken box office records at the Shaftesbury Theatre! This feel great show (Guardian) has recently been awarded BEST MUSICAL in the Evening Standard Theatre Awards 2007.

Follow Tracy Turnblad, a big girl with big hair and an even bigger heart as she sets out to dance her way onto TVs most popular dance show. Can this ordinary girl realise her extraordinary dreams, inspire her mum and still have time to win the boy she loves? Starring Michael Ball (all performances except Mondays & the following dates: 28/4/08-3/5/08, 30/6/08-5/7/08, 15/9/08-20/9/08,14/6/08, 19/7/08, 2/8/08). Under 5's will not be admitted.

The role of Edna Turnblad will be played by Adam Price on Monday evening performances and also performances on 2 August and from 15 - 22 September.
