The 39 Steps is showing at the Criterion Theatre. The show is a fast paced and gripping whodunit, based on Alfred Hitchcock’s1935 film of the John Buchan’s Novel. This hilarious play is performed by only four actors playing a minimum of 150 roles. The play is based on lightning-quick changes of accents, costume and props and the incredible acting abilities of the four actors. The play covers all the legendary scenes including the chase of the Flying Scotsman, the escape on the Forth Bridge, the first theatrical bi-plane crash ever staged and the death defying finale.
