West End Theatre Breaks
This is a real fun, sensational Musical Comedy. Rock band Queen joins forces with writer Ben Elton to bring their unique sound to theatreland. Set in the future when musical instruments have been banned, it's up to a group of anarchists, The Bohemians, to rediscover Rock. The sets are amazing, it features over 30 of Queens most famous hits and the cast are fantastic.
We Will Rock You delivers a feel-good, fast-paced journey into the future where musical instruments are no longer allowed and a gang of misfits search to regain what has been lost. A clever and funny script by Ben Elton combines with the ageless music of Queen and brilliant sets to make for an evening to remember.
“The massive plasma screens are killer-diller . . . stunning” The Times
"Exhilarating and great fun" Time Magazine
"A high-tech extravaganza" The Guardian

Galileo Uncovers another StarAustralian actor Peter Murphy took over the lead role of ‘Galileo’ last September. He had performed the role previously in the Australian production and Japanese tour. Acting professionally since the age of nine, his accomplished voice and confidence fill the large Dominion stage.Sabrina Aloueche is excellent as ballsy rebel ‘Scaramouche’. She displays great comic timing and brings tons of energy to the role. Mazz Murray has fun as the tyrannical ‘Killer Queen’ and Garry Lake is terrific as bohemian father figure ‘Pop’, the Seven Seas of Rhye barman who keeps the prophecy alive. |
