WestEndTheatreBreaks.com is owned and operated by West End Theatre Bookings Ltd, London’s leading theatre ticket agency established over 20 years ago. Our head office is based in Guildford, Surrey but we operate a number of ticket outlets in the West End.

What are your office hours?

Our customer service agents are available Monday to Saturday from 8am till 11pm, and on Sunday from 10am till 3pm.

Can I book a theatre break from overseas?

Yes, you can book a theatre break on this website or by phone by calling +44 871 789 2012. Please note we are only able to quote prices in GBP pounds sterling.

When will my tickets arrive?

Tickets are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. You will typically receive your tickets within 10 days of making your booking. If you make your booking within 7 days of your arrival at your hotel, your tickets will be available for you to collect at the box office of the theatre.

Can I change my booking?

Theatre tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please double check all details of your reservation before booking.

Do you offer special rates for children?

Yes, reduced rates for children are automatically calculated as part of your package purchase price when you select the number of children joining your party.

Can I book on short notice?

Yes, you can book with us right up to the day of the performance you wish to attend.

Why is full payment taken at the time of the booking?

Full payment is taken to guarantee the price you pay, to ensure the hotel room is kept for you in the event of late arrival and, of course, to secure your theatre tickets.

Are my payment details secure?

Yes. We use a secure server to encrypt and protect all communication of personal details and credit card information between yourself and WestEndTheatreBreaks.com.

What’s the best way of travelling around London?

Public transport is generally the best way of getting around in central London as parking your car can be very expensive, and if you are driving into the West End during the week you will be required to pay a congestion charge (currently £8 a day), for more information visit Transport for London.

The West End is well connected for both the underground and buses. Most theatres are within a 5 minute walk of Leicester Square (Northern Line and Central Line), Covent Garden (Piccadilly Line) or Piccadilly Circus (Piccadilly Line, Bakerloo Line). The shows Wicked and Billy Elliot are showing at theatres within 2 minutes of Victoria coach, underground (Victoria Line, District Circle Lines) and mainline train stations.

Is there a dress code for London theatres?

There is no formal dress code for London theatres but most people like to dress up for the evening. During the summer theatres can become quite warm with the excitement of the performance so make sure you dress comfortably.

What are ‘stalls’ and ‘dress circle’ tickets?

Upper Circle are called Grand or Royal at some theatres. American theatre goers may know the Dress Circle as the mezzanine level. Balcony is the circle above the Upper Circle and is the cheapest in the theatre.

What time does my show start?

Show start times vary so please check the show page on this website and your ticket for details. Ensure you allow at least half an hour before the curtain goes up.

What if the show is cancelled?

Should a show be cancelled we will refund the value of your theatre tickets or arrange an alternative date. Should the show be cancelled on such short notice that you have arrived at your hotel please contact our customer service staff and we will endeavour to arrange an alternative show for you on the same night.

What time can I check into my hotel?

This will vary depending on which hotel you are staying in. Please check with the hotel directly to be sure.

Can I buy theatre tickets on their own?
